No refunds for returned merchandise; Only in-store credit or exchange will be offered for unused merchandise sold in-store at Suburban Music, if returned within 30 days of original purchase with a receipt. Special orders are not eligible for return credit or exchange. Online purchases are not eligible for return credit or exchange. For health and safety reasons: mouthpieces, reeds, harmonicas, kazoos, and any other wind instruments cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. When making a purchase using a gift card as payment, any change will be returned to the gift card, and only change less than $1 will be returned in coins.
