Repairs, Maintenance and Cleaning
We repair, maintain, and clean all instrument types, as well as perform electrical and component-level repairs for amplifiers/electronics. Does your trumpet need it's yearly maintenance? We can take care of it. Does that unidentified folk instrument your great aunt gave you need a new string? We can do that too.
All repairs are performed by professional luthiers and technicians who are specialists in their fields. The average turn around time for repairs is 14 days.

REPAIR PROCESS
The process starts when you bring your instrument to the store:
- We will provide a cost estimate when you drop-off your item. Authorization to make repairs up to the cost of the estimate is required at drop-off.
- If the luthier/repair tech believes the cost of the repair will differ from the original estimate, we will call you with a revised estimate and you can choose whether or not to proceed with the repair.
- When the repair is finished you will receive a text message letting you know your item is ready for pick up.
- You can pick-up your item any time during business hours and pay for the repair at pick-up. All repairs are backed by Suburban Music's 30-day warranty.*
